NATURA COSMETICOS

As part of their digital transformation, we partnered with Ballooon Group to provide NATURA COSMETICOS with a comprehensive e-learning proposal for their consultants. By creating a community on social media, we provided tools, support, and direct assistance through internal channels: Facebook Group and Fanpage, whatsapp, Newsletters and an intranet. We developed an email marketing platform and created educational and commercial content to share. We also provided the company monthly interaction reports.
